ABOUT THE ARTIST
Alexander Eiserloh grew up in Michigan. He earned a BFA in painting and printmaking from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. After living in Los Angeles for a few years, he moved to New York City. He now lives in the Catskill Mountains, often visiting the city for business, pleasure, and inspiration.
ABOUT THE WORK
The work explores the physical world and the unseen. The familiar and the mysterious. Mountains, trees, birds... Sasquatch, spirits, and our inner experiences.
A cloud might have a UFO subtlety flying through, or not—usually not, but maybe sometimes. Modern humans, ancient beings, other beings, and animistic spirits.
Each piece captures a single moment in a vast, endless timeline that connects interwoven dimensions.
